Procedure for ordering & Paying for your neXT ad ...
- Fill Out The Ad Reservation / Pricing & Info Form
- Fill out the Ad Inquiry form that will automatically appear once you have submitted the form in #1.
- The Production Department will contact you to confirm your ad reservation, set you up with Advertiser Center access, and provide you a 'store' link to pay for your ad.
- If you are providing a 'print ready drop-in' ad, please see the Specs & Guidelines page for important information for your designer.
Email print ready ad to firstname.lastname@example.org. See Production Schedule for due dates per issue.
- Steps 6-8 are for advertisers working direct with our design team.
- Please fill out your information at My Profile & My Listings in the Advertiser Center. Fill out the My Magazine Ad order, which will tell us which listings are in your ad.
- If you are a business ad, please fill out the My Profile, and My Magazine Ad order (put zero for listings) ; our design team will 'pow wow' with you regarding your ad design & message.
- Access My Ad Proofs (in the Advertiser Center) to review your ad until it is approved. Approve your ad in the ad center settings at My Ad Proofs.
